Authorities have arrested 15 individuals, including three Ghanaian nationals, in Vaughan, York Region, on multiple charges including fraud and identity fraud. The suspects, identified as Isaac Oppong, 38, Richard Owusu, 27, and Christiana Oppong, 41, are all residents of the area.
The arrests are part of an ongoing investigation into fraudulent activities. Twelve other individuals, who are not Ghanaian nationals, were also taken into custody. All 15 suspects are facing serious charges related to their alleged involvement in these crimes.
