Three individuals have been convicted in Tamale for restricted drug offences. The court handed down varying sentences based on the severity of the charges.
One offender was fined GH¢6,000 or sentenced to three months imprisonment. Another received a six-month jail term. The third individual was sentenced to two years in prison and faces further charges related to drug sales, with that trial ongoing.
