National Security has started a special operation to remove a popular drink from Kumasi. The drink is known as ‘Madara Sukudai’ in Hausa.

Tests done by the Department of Pharmacology at KNUST found harmful substances in the drink. These tests showed the substances could kill rats within 24 hours.
