Ghana Police Service officers conducted an operation in Kasoa. They discovered and seized more than 200 bags filled with dried cannabis. This substance is often referred to as 'sictus'.

The drugs were found during a police exercise in the Kasoa area. The quantity suggests a significant haul of illegal drugs.

Further investigations are now underway by the Ghana Police Service. They are working to determine the origin of the cannabis and who was responsible for it.

As of now, no individuals have been arrested in connection with the seizure. Police have stated that the investigation is ongoing to identify and apprehend those involved.
