Police in the Eastern Region have seized a large quantity of dried substances believed to be marijuana.
The operation took place early in the morning. Officers apprehended two individuals at the scene where the drugs were found.
The suspects are now in police custody and are being interrogated.
The seized substances will be sent for forensic analysis to confirm their nature.
This action by the Ghana Police Service is part of efforts to combat drug-related offences in the region.
