Police in the Northern Region have made a significant drug seizure in Tamale. The operation led to the discovery of 230 parcels believed to be Indian hemp.
This action was carried out by the Northern Regional Police command. They intercepted the large quantity of suspected illicit substances during their operations.
Two people were arrested at the scene. They are currently being held by the police as investigations continue.
