Authorities have apprehended three individuals following a significant drug bust in the Eastern Region. The Ghana Police Service, through an intelligence-led operation, successfully intercepted a large quantity of suspected Indian hemp.
The operation saw the seizure of approximately 1,600 parcels of the illicit substance. Police intercepted two trucks carrying the contraband near Krobo Girls’ Senior High School and Atua Government, leading to the arrests.
