Authorities have successfully dismantled a significant illegal operation, destroying approximately 10 acres of cannabis farms in the Eastern Region. Six individuals have been apprehended in connection with the discovery.
The operation, conducted by the Ghana Police Service, targeted the illicit cultivation of cannabis. The seized farms represent a substantial blow to drug trafficking networks operating within the region. Investigations are ongoing to identify and apprehend any further individuals involved.
