Two individuals have been arrested by the Tema Regional Police Command following the interception of a vehicle carrying a significant quantity of suspected Indian hemp. The operation took place at Dawhenya within the Prampram Division.
An Accra-bound Ford Transit vehicle was stopped and searched by officers. During the search, 692 parcels believed to be Indian hemp were discovered concealed within the vehicle.
