The Narcotics Control Commission has received a new drug detection device. This equipment was a donation from Home Office International Operations.
The device is called the Agilent Resolve Raman Analyzer. It is valued at £56,752.
This tool is designed to assist security personnel. It helps them quickly and safely identify suspected narcotic substances.
The donation supports Ghana's ongoing efforts to fight drug trafficking.
