Rockson-Nelson Dafeamekpor, the Majority Leader and MP for South Dayi, has spoken about the ongoing discussion on drug trafficking in Ghana. He believes the issue should not be turned into a political argument between parties.
Mr. Dafeamekpor posted his views on X, formerly known as Twitter. He pointed to several instances of drug seizures and arrests that have happened in Ghana.
These events, he suggested, show that the New Patriotic Party cannot win a debate on the topic of cocaine in the country. He urged that the focus should be on addressing the problem rather than assigning blame.
