Marine Police officers discovered a wooden canoe carrying a significant amount of suspected cannabis. The discovery was made in the early hours of Thursday.
The canoe was found at Ada. Officers seized 2,030 slabs of dried leaves that are believed to be cannabis.
The Ghana Police Service confirmed the operation.
The seized items will undergo further testing to confirm their nature.
