A 28-year-old man named Yaw Boadu appeared before the District Court in Accra. He faces a charge of possessing narcotic drugs.
The court heard that Boadu was allegedly found with 200 rolled substances. These substances are suspected to be Indian hemp, also known as wee.
The court has decided to keep Boadu in custody. His remand will last until May 15, 2024.
