A man has been placed in custody by a court in Kumasi. The 32-year-old suspect was arrested by police during a routine check.
He was found with 31 parcels of dried leaves. These leaves are believed to be Indian hemp, also known as wee.
The Kumasi Circuit Court heard the case. The court decided to remand the suspect. He will stay in police custody while the investigation continues.
