The Inspector-General of Police (IGP) Special Operations Team has apprehended seven individuals in connection with separate narcotics operations across the Ashanti Region. The arrests took place in Ejisu, Abrepo Junction, and Atimatim.
During the operations, law enforcement officers reportedly recovered suspected narcotic substances, including 860 Tramadol tablets and capsules, along with other unregistered items. Further details regarding the full scope of the recovered items and the ongoing investigation are expected.
