A court in Accra has sentenced Daniel Attah to five years in prison.
The 35-year-old man was found guilty of possessing narcotic drugs.
The sentence includes hard labour.
The police discovered a quantity of dried leaves suspected to be cannabis on Attah.
This led to his arrest and subsequent prosecution.
The court's decision was delivered on May 7, 2026.
