Ghanaian authorities are closely monitoring a significant drug trafficking case in the United Kingdom involving two individuals with Ghanaian ties. Ryan Boachie, 32, and Carsten Kyei, 21, are among the eleven people convicted in Britain.

The convictions stem from a major police operation that resulted in the seizure of 460 kilograms of cannabis, estimated to be worth £13.8 million. The alleged criminal network is under further investigation by UK authorities.
