Police in Tema have arrested a landlord named Nana Yaw Akoto. He is accused of assaulting one of his tenants.
The incident reportedly happened because of a disagreement over rent money.
The tenant who was allegedly assaulted reported the matter to the police.
According to the report filed, the tenant sustained injuries during the alleged assault.
The Ghana Police Service is investigating the matter further.
