Police in Koforidua have arrested a 45-year-old man. He is accused of defiling his 14-year-old stepdaughter.
The victim reportedly informed her mother about the alleged abuse.
Her mother then contacted the police.
Authorities took the man into custody following the report.
The accused is currently assisting the Ghana Police Service with their investigation.
