A 35-year-old man has been arrested by the Ghana Police Service. He is accused of defiling his 12-year-old stepdaughter.
The alleged abuse is said to have happened over a period of several months. The incident reportedly occurred in the Kasoa area.
The Domestic Violence and Victim Support Unit of the Ghana Police Service apprehended the suspect.
Authorities are investigating the matter further.
