Police in Ejisu have arrested a 45-year-old man. He is accused of defiling his 13-year-old daughter.
The incident reportedly took place in Ejisu in the Ashanti Region.
According to a Ghana Police Service report, the young girl told her grandmother about the alleged abuse.
Her grandmother then alerted the authorities.
The man was arrested by the Ejisu police.
An investigation into the allegations is underway.
