The Ghana Police Service has arrested an elderly man, identified as Kwaku Appiah, in Akyem Manso following allegations of incest. He is accused of having sexual relations with his daughters, one of whom is reportedly pregnant.
The disturbing allegations were reportedly brought to the attention of traditional leaders in the Akyem area. The police have taken the suspect into custody as investigations into the matter continue.
