Accra police have arrested a 27-year-old man. He is accused of defiling his 14-year-old cousin.
The victim is reportedly pregnant as a result of the alleged assaults.
These alleged assaults happened over a period of time, according to police.
The Ghana Police Service took the suspect into custody in Accra.
