Police in Takoradi have arrested a man suspected of being a cyber fraudster. The arrest was made by the Western Regional Police command.
He is accused of pretending to be a bank official. This allowed him to allegedly trick people into sending him money.
The man is believed to be part of a group that carries out these online scams. Police are investigating further.
