The National Cybercrime Directorate has apprehended the individual believed to be the leader of a cyber fraud syndicate.
This group is suspected of carrying out numerous online scams. Many Ghanaians are thought to have been targeted by these fraudulent activities.
The Directorate is now conducting further investigations. The aim is to identify and apprehend other members of the syndicate.
