The National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE) wants young people to lead efforts for honesty in Ghana. Mr Kenneth Kponor, the Volta Regional Director of the NCCE, spoke to student leaders.

He encouraged them to show patriotism and take a strong stand against corruption. Mr Kponor stated that corruption has been a major obstacle to the country's development for many years.

The NCCE believes that as the future leaders of Ghana, today's youth must develop strong values of integrity. These values are essential for building a better nation.

Student leaders have a key role to play in promoting ethical behavior among their peers. Their actions can influence the younger generation.

The commission emphasized that fostering a culture of integrity starts with education and active participation from the youth.

This initiative aims to empower young Ghanaians to become agents of positive change.
