MTN Ghana has launched a self-service platform for SIM card swaps. This new system allows customers to replace lost, damaged, or stolen SIM cards by themselves.
The platform was officially introduced in Tamale, the capital of the Northern Region. The launch event took place at the MTN offices in Tishigu.
This digital service means customers no longer need to visit physical MTN service centers for SIM replacements.
The aim is to reduce long queues and make the process more convenient for users.
Customers can now manage SIM swaps independently.
This move is part of MTN Ghana's effort to improve customer experience and access to services.
