Thirty apprentices in the Mion District of the Northern Region received start-up tools and machines. This was done to help them start their own businesses.

The equipment was given out under the National Apprenticeship Programme. It will support the apprentices after they complete their training.

A short ceremony was held in Sang to hand over the tools.

The District Chief Executive was present at the event.

The initiative aims to boost entrepreneurship in the area.

It helps young people become self-sufficient.

The programme is a government effort to build skills.
