The Chief of Staff at Jubilee House, Julius Debrah, has called for strong national unity. He wants everyone to work together in the fight against drug abuse.
Debrah made this statement as Ghana joined the world to observe International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking. This day is also known as World Drug Day.
He emphasized that coordinated action is necessary. This action should target both drug abuse and the illegal trafficking of drugs.
The Chief of Staff believes that a unified national approach will be most effective. This effort should involve all sectors of society.
