His remarks come as the country marked the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking.
Debrah highlighted that a strong, united front is essential for effectively tackling the problem nationwide.
He urged all citizens and institutions to coordinate their actions in this critical fight.
The Chief of Staff emphasized that sustained national unity will strengthen Ghana's resolve against drug-related issues.
