The president of the Young Lawyers Forum, Noah Ephraem Adamtey Tetteh, has spoken out against the idea that vacation courts do not hold trials.
He said this claim does not match how the law works or the reality of court proceedings during vacations.
Mr Tetteh expressed his worry about such statements being made.
He was speaking on the program PM Express.
The Young Lawyers Forum is part of the Ghana Bar Association.
