Joseph Donkor, aged 35, and Eric Tawiah Annang, aged 62, have been granted bail. The Adabraka District Court set the bail at GH¢30,000 each.

Each man must also provide two sureties. These sureties are individuals who promise the court the accused will attend all hearings.

Donkor is charged with unlawfully damaging a tombstone. This tombstone belongs to the Korle Klottey Municipal Assembly.

Annang faces a charge of abetment. Abetment means he helped or encouraged Donkor to commit the alleged crime.

The incident occurred at the Osu Cemetery. The court case will continue as part of the legal process.

Authorities are continuing their investigation into the matter. The specific reasons for the damage remain under inquiry.
