Former Deputy Attorney-General Alfred Tuah-Yeboah believes the Court of Appeal made a mistake.
The court recently cleared Sedinam Tamakloe Attionu, who was the former Chief Executive Officer of MASLOC.
Tuah-Yeboah, who helped prosecute the case, said the judgment has no solid basis.
He has asked the Attorney-General to take the case to the Supreme Court.
Tuah-Yeboah feels the Appeal Court's decision was incorrect.
