The appeal process for Sedina Tamakloe Attionu, former CEO of MASLOC, lasted more than two years. Her lawyer, Enoch Deegbe, shared this information.

Mr Deegbe stated that the delay was mainly because of the extensive records involved in the case. The High Court had previously found Ms Tamakloe Attionu guilty.

However, the Court of Appeal later acquitted and discharged her. This means she was found not guilty after the appeal.

The lawyer indicated that the volume of documents contributed significantly to the time taken for the appeal to be heard and decided.
