A 26-year-old man, Ebenezer Frimpong, has been sentenced to one month in prison by the Kwadaso Circuit Court for attempting to steal a police armoured vehicle. The incident occurred at Nkawie in the Ashanti Region.
Frimpong pleaded guilty to the charge. A psychiatric assessment determined he was fit to stand trial before the court handed down the sentence.
