A significant dispute over a parcel of land on Spintex Road in Accra has escalated, with the McDan Group issuing a strong rejection of claims made by the Ghana Airports Company Limited (GACL).
The McDan Group insists that the matter is currently sub judice, having been brought before the courts. They have publicly stated that it is inappropriate to litigate this land dispute in the public domain while legal proceedings are ongoing.
