Private legal practitioner Martin Kpebu has asked the Ghana Bar Association and judges to discuss the legal vacation. He believes they should find a peaceful way to solve their disagreements.

The Ghana Bar Association had previously asked Chief Justice Paul Baffoe-Bonnie to make sure judges follow the rules for the legal vacation.

Kpebu's suggestion comes as the two groups have differing views on how the legal vacation should be observed.

He hopes that talking will lead to a solution that works for everyone in the legal system.
