A 40-year-old man has been remanded in custody in Accra. He is accused of assaulting a police officer.
The court heard that the alleged assault happened while the officer was on duty.
The man reportedly resisted arrest.
He is also accused of physically attacking the officer.
The Judicial Service has ordered the man to remain in custody.
