The defense for a former National Security Bureau (NSB) boss has strongly criticized the prosecution's case, arguing that their client is being held based on speculation rather than concrete evidence.
This assertion came as the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) investigator, Frank Marshall Cromwell, began his examination-in-chief in court. The lawyer emphasized that national security matters require a deeper understanding than what the prosecution appears to possess, suggesting the detention is a result of theoretical assumptions.
