A trader named Latifa Salifu has been granted bail by a court in Accra. She is 33 years old.
The Domestic Violence and Victim Support Unit or DOVVSU court heard the case. Her Honour Annette Sophia Essel presided over the hearing.
Latifa Salifu is accused of stealing a baby. This alleged incident happened at the Mamprobi Polyclinic.
The court set her bail at GH¢200,000. She must meet this condition to be released.
The person who made the complaint is Precious Ankonnal. She is 29 years old and also a trader.
