A High Court sitting in Kumasi has delivered a death sentence to three individuals found guilty of murdering a prominent businessman in 2022. According to a Daily Graphic report the individuals were convicted of conspiracy to commit murder and murder. The legal proceedings concluded after the prosecution presented evidence linking the three to the violent crime which took place during an attempted carjacking in the Ashanti Region.
