The lead investigator for the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) told the Accra High Court he has no Auditor-General's report. This report would show if GH¢49.1 million was wrongly used.

The investigator, Frank Marshal Cromwell, was speaking in court. He is the main witness in the case. The money is central to the trial of a former Director-General of the National Signals Bureau.

Cromwell stated he cannot find any document from the Auditor-General. This document would prove the alleged diversion or misuse of the funds.

The court heard that the GH¢49.1 million is a key part of the charges.

The trial continues as the prosecution seeks to present evidence of financial misconduct.
