The High Court in Accra will announce its decision today in the criminal case against Bernard Antwi-Boasiako.
Mr. Antwi-Boasiako, who is the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party, is accused of illegally assigning his mining concession.
The alleged offense occurred at Samreboi in the Western Region.
He has pleaded not guilty to the charges brought against him.
The court will determine his fate in this trial today.
