The Accra High Court has set aside previous orders that sought to place financial services company Zeepay under liquidation. The court found the actions taken by the Office of the Registrar of Companies to be unlawful.
The decision follows an appeal against the July 17 orders. The liquidation attempt was deemed an unlawful act by the Registrar of Companies, leading to the court's intervention and subsequent overturning of the order.
