Lawyers for former NAFCO Chief Executive Officer Hanan Abdul-Wahab Aludiba have initiated legal proceedings at the High Court, filing a habeas corpus application to challenge his recent arrest at Kotoka International Airport.
The application contends that the arrest contravened a court order that had explicitly permitted Mr. Aludiba to travel to the United Kingdom for medical reasons. The legal team is seeking the immediate release of their client.
