A former manager of musician Black Sherif is seeking GH¢5 million in damages from the Ghana Police Service and the Attorney General following an alleged unlawful and humiliating arrest.
The plaintiff claims armed officers apprehended him at his residence while he was in his boxer shorts, subjecting him to an ordeal he describes as degrading and a violation of his rights.
