The Ghana Communication Technology University GCTU has stated that no court has issued an injunction against it concerning the Vice-Chancellor.
The university addressed legal action related to the termination of Vice-Chancellor Professor Emmanuel Ohene Afoakwa's appointment.
GCTU officials confirmed in a press release on March 13, 2026 that a court case is ongoing.
The matter before the court is an application for an interlocutory injunction.
University management has clarified that this application has not yet been granted by the court.
