Gregory Asiedu, lawyer for Freddie Blay, has questioned the Akropong Circuit Court's decision to remand his client. Blay is accused of involvement in a demolition dispute at Kitase.
Asiedu stated that his client is not a flight risk. He emphasized that Blay has been unwell and is currently at his home.
The lawyer alleges that the court's action represents an abuse of the legal process.
Freddie Blay is the former National Chairman of the New Patriotic Party.
