Lawyers for Freddie Blay have announced they will appeal a court decision. Mr. Blay is the former National Chairman of the New Patriotic Party.
He was remanded into police custody. This decision relates to a land dispute at Kitase in the Eastern Region.
Mr. Blay's legal team plans to file an appeal. The appeal is set to be filed at the Koforidua High Court on March 17.
