Lawyers for Freddie Blay have announced plans to appeal a court's decision that sent him into police custody. This action follows a Circuit Court ruling in Akropong.
The appeal will be lodged with the High Court in Koforidua. Mr. Blay is the former National Chairman of the New Patriotic Party.
